Her career spans both government and commercial environments, where she has worked with executive leaders, program teams, and stakeholders across large-scale enterprises to improve decision-making, strengthen governance, and translate strategy into measurable results. Through her work with organizations such as NOAA (National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration) and the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), she has led cross-functional teams, managed enterprise portfolios and projects, and guided leadership through high-impact initiatives involving significant operational and organizational complexity.

Today, as Founder and Principal Consultant of Nine North Consulting, she advises organizations on portfolio governance, strategic prioritization, PMO design, and strategy execution. Her approach focuses on helping leaders make informed investment decisions, establish sustainable governance structures, and ensure resources are directed toward the work that drives the greatest value. She holds the Project Management Professional (PMP), PMO Certified Practitioner (PMI-PMOCP), Senior Business Strategy Professional (SBSP), and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications, reflecting her commitment to combining strategic leadership with practical execution expertise.

When she is not consulting, she is passionate about service, wellness, and lifelong learning. She serves as a group fitness instructor, volunteers within the Washington, D.C. community, and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. When she is not working with clients or teaching classes, you can usually find her with a good book in hand, exploring new ideas and perspectives that continually shape her approach to leadership, growth, and service.
